Sculptra is a biostimulatory injectable treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural collagen production over time. Rather than providing immediate volume alone, Sculptra works gradually to help improve facial fullness and soften the appearance of wrinkles through collagen support.
Results develop progressively and may last up to two years in many individuals, depending on treatment plan and individual response. Because improvement occurs gradually, Sculptra is typically performed as a series of treatments, allowing for controlled, natural-looking enhancement.

Radiesse® (Calcium Hydroxylapatite Filler)
Radiesse is a dermal filler composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. It provides immediate volume while also stimulating collagen production for continued improvement over time.
Radiesse may be used to enhance facial contours, soften deeper folds, and improve skin firmness in areas such as the lower face, jawline, and neck. It is also FDA-approved for hand rejuvenation and may be used in other areas based on provider assessment.
Results may last one year or longer for some individuals, depending on the treatment area and individual metabolism. A consultation is required to determine candidacy and appropriate treatment planning.
Immediate Volume with Collagen Support
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E) for 5–7 days prior when medically appropriate. Arrive with clean skin and inform your provider of any recent dental procedures, infections, medical conditions, or prior cosmetic treatments.
Pre-Treatment
These injectable treatments are placed precisely into targeted areas to restore volume and stimulate collagen production. Mild discomfort, swelling, or tenderness may occur during and immediately after treatment. Appointments typically take 30–60 minutes depending on the treatment plan.
During
Temporary swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness may occur and usually resolves within several days. Radiesse provides immediate volume with continued improvement over time, while Sculptra results develop gradually over several weeks as collagen forms.
